Actually, it would have ended before they even got to the hospital, with everyone thinking Sidney is dead. In Scream 5, Jill would be the main character, in college, and a new Ghostface killer who knows she was behind the 2011 Woodsboro Murders would emerge, trying to expose her, and Jill would start killing people to cover up. It would be killer meets killer. Sidney would be a Professor at that college, with no memory of what happened.
