People of Twitter I need your help. This is Beepo, my foster cat. Beepo was bitten as a small cat and was found with her back legs to not working. This has made her unable to pee by herself, and because of that she's been at Austin Pets Alive! for far too long. She is the SWEETEST, most loving cat I've ever seen. She just wants a warm place to live and a happy family. I would LOVE to adopt Beepo. But sadly due to her condition she needs to be "peed" 3 times a day and I travel too much to help her. I'm desperate at this point to look for someone for her. I've been trying using my twitch stream but unfortunately there's been a few nibbles but no bites. If ANYONE out there would like to adopt her. I want to find her a home, I dont want her to go back to the shelter. Just listen to the pain in her voice. Her husband hasn’t slept with her in 13 years, yet he has a girlfriend who lives on the same street, and he sleeps with her regularly. Whenever conversations come up about women also being providers or contributing financially to the running of the family, these men are always quick to call it a lie. But this is the reality of many women. Here’s my problem with everything she said: “I will never leave the marriage because I worked for it, and I will eat the fruit of my labour” What exactly is there in that marriage for you to eat? Just a typical day at target getting the necessities… A fellow customer offers to put a heavy case of water in this woman’s cart. An act of kindness rarely seen anymore. But the kicker is she’s with her husband who DIDN’T even bother to help her. This guy absolutely emasculates her man in front of his wife asking why he didn’t offer. Interesting things about Taurie Cain's lore that got changed in development, I lightly touched on some of this before: - She was not meant to have a name, only being known as a cultist to showcase her life of servitude and dedication to the Entity. - Her early beginnings were that she lost her family somehow and was homeless in the streets of Edinburgh (changed to Glasgow). The reason she joined the cult was to both have a community but also a place for warmth and food. The cult saved her. - She was a hardened and rebellious punk who had to do what she could to survive alone on the cold streets, this is why her default is kind of... homeless chic lmao. - She, in fact, HAD killed before in the name of the cult. She would've been the first original Survivor to have killed an innocent soul by her hand *intentionally*. This was later changed to where she hesitated on her first and only kill attempt and it cost her everything. - I don't know the circumstances of how or why she was taken by the Entity as a Survivor (and not a Killer) in her original lore.

I came in to town tonight for some food, and as always I brought a bit of spare change in case we bumped into someone who needed help. As we all know the homeless situation is bleak to say the least. I think I’ve found a new “ian” if that makes sense. Poor Alex was walking round in a wet dressing gown on a cold Tuesday night and I just had to help, I’ve given her some money for a hostel and I’ve agreed to meet her in a few days with some clothes, this girl spoke from the heart and was really honest with me. I will help anybody, sometimes I need YOUR help to help others. If you can donate via the link in this message together we can help Alex improve her life and situation. These stories are all to frequent and are all equally upsetting, I hate seeing other humans in this situation. After many long hours of trying to reassure my daughter, Rafif, that the medicine in her mother’s hand is there to help her recover and come back to us healthy, I’m grateful to say that she finally understood. The sweetest moment was when Rafif started kissing her mother’s hand, as if she were praying for her to get well soon. These may seem like small gestures, but for a little girl carrying so much fear and love in her heart, they mean everything. Rafif wanted to be part of this video herself. Again and again, she tried to hold the phone in her tiny hands, eager to help record this special moment. What made her even happier was the arrival of her aunt and her cousins, who came to spend a few days with us. Seeing her play and laugh with children her own age gave her a little escape from the harsh reality we continue to live through. Thank you to everyone who keeps our family in your prayers and stands by our side. Your kindness and support give Rafif and our family the strength to keep going. ❤️
