Yes, Android isn't great, but credit to Samsung for adding settings to try to rectify what developers won't do. Thankfully, Apple has offered an API to sort this out, but that doesn't mean developers will use it, at least in the short run.

You can force facebook in settins to rotate and open fine

Here's my issue. As a fold user myself I have not experienced any of this. And have not seen one video on social media or yt about any of these issues. Only now since the launch of the duo are people making these videos. So I call bullshit.

In my opinion iPhone duo will help android foldables too, once developers try the magic there, it comes to android eventually. iPhone duo is the catalyst here.

that has nothing to do with the fold 8 and everything to do with shitty app makers that only put effort in if its for apple. now that apple has a fold, watch how much better apps are on the fold 8 because they are all now forced to support the Duo, which is the same aspect ratio
