talks about showing respect then calls the other customer a “dumb fuck”. yeah, his parents sure did a good job 🤡

Dale Carnegie 101! “Remember that a person’s name is to them the most beautiful sound in any language.” 100% respect 🫡

And yet he’s still dressed as a 7 year old to this day.

Unlikeable dickhead manages to make you hate him after what starts out as a heartwarming story about a father teaching his son.

I agree with the procedure but here I thought it was going to be about giving people respect and learning how to be responsible in a leader versus just getting better service.

Talk about living in a different world...

Not just rich kids. I was raised this way. It's called having educated parents who care.

Far from rich here and I did same thing with my kids stop acting like rich means better parenting then poor people

Not just the rich. Having cultured parents that teach these types of things. Why my sister is a powerhouse negotiator and I did well with startups.

Well, this is a positive example of how the rich rase their kids. There are also examples of the rich not raising their children properly, and they grow up to be privileged brats.

“When you have the servers name you command respect.” I’m not sure if y’all have lost your damn mind all I hear is a dad who tried to raise his kid right and the rich little brat misunderstood it because he never heard the word no.

This has NOTHING to do with being rich/poor. Some folks are taught manners.

Rich? How arrogant and self centered Modern Dad. This is a stupid statement.

This just feels icky to me! I wouldn't want some snotty rich kid asking my name and then using it to call me over to wait on them! Nah mate, you don't need my name, just tell me what you want to order and I'll bring it, you don't need to "command me"

Why is this a rich people thing?

This is the simplest and single most quickest way for me to never ever respect you. My name is not yours to repeat. You can wait for your Shirley Temples.

Obviously the father never taught him to never address himself first in a sentence. My sister and I would like two Shirley Temples. Not me and my sister. And a real man wouldn't acknowledge him as a dumb fuck; he would have sent the waiter his his way. Integrity > Ego

I’m happy I do this naturally, even though I am poor.

Well first of all, it’s my sister and I not me and my sister smh

"Sir this is Wendy's"

This isn’t about money, it’s about respect. You can raise your kids this way with or without lots of money.

only at decent, nice restaurants? this practice should be used wherever you go and are engaged in a service.

lol dumb, I will get ur attention with a Sir or a Ma’am.

Lol, he is making this way deeper than it is. His father wanted to teach him etiquette, how to respect yourself and respect others, so that you attract respect. That is the lesson.

Referring to someone he considered beneath him a dumb fuck tracks.

Arrogant dumb fuck

Before that dumb fuck…?? Okay remember when you use to be one.

His sister could order for herself. His dad taught him misogyny.

Define rich

This is awesome advice!

Sounds like bad service.

bro still hasn’t learned my sister and I

this is just how a decent father raises his kids
