Been trying to cancel my V0 for a while now. I got charged this month after cancelling last month. Now I click Cancel Plan and red words pop up saying, "You are already subscribed to that plan." So I try your AI chat support. It says 2 times now that it will escalate my situation to a human. I fill something out. And nothing. I emailed and nothing. It says Jan 13th I will be charged again. How TF can I cancel your app that could not do what Anything App fixed for me in 3 days?!? If I get charged again I will be in contact with lawyers. Which my sister is one by the way.
