They would come through gun safety classes. Not just handing guns over to them.

They need to pay them more as well, regardless if they carry one or not worldwide

Answer me this though I love the idea but what happens if a shooting happens you have all these teachers with guns and a student shooting threat has not been neutralized and cops come now you have multiple people with a weapon and have no idea who’s who sounds like the old west
