No baby. I can’t be bought unlike some. And the point is the way she responded without being shady like the other restaurant was as I mentioned. Not hard to comprehend

this was nice but she basically said we’re not changing the to go structure and didn’t address the concern of having his fam/reg customers wait 1hr and him wait 5 mins. 😭

But serious question — how does every other major city manage to handle both in person customers and to go orders just fine? I’ve never heard of this problem outside of Atlanta

This lady had a great video explaining the breakdown in scalability for a lot of these ATL restaurants. It’s wonderful they have such high demand but they rarely have a plan on how to scale up without sacrificing service 🙃

Oh I thought she was gonna address how the time went from an hour wait when his family walked in to 5 minutes once he showed his face.
