I might have a sinusitis. Because my nose oftenly blocked. Especially in the morning when I wake up. In a normal day, i only use the left canal of my nose, becoz the right canal most of the days is blocked. BTW, doesn't it feel pain to flush the nose?

I suffer from hay fever allergies and saline flush helps. I've had on one occasion the allergies caused the tube from the ear into the nasal cavity to be blocked which caused vertigo. Once cleared, the pressure and vertigo disappeared. The room spinning was weird!
