Thank you for your kind words. Privilege might give you a starting line, but it's passion and hard work that takes you to the finish!

Indeed. I keep telling every privileged person to do greater things in life. Coz you can take all the risks.

Abhinav really for the first time gives a sense on what it takes to win a Gold at Olympics. It’s not just about being good on a given day but it’s about being immersed in a Yogi like trance for years with tons of access to best the world has to offer to help you in your quest. No wonder poor countries don’t win many medals.

Privilege is meant to break boundaries and unleash the potential. Privilege is a lost opportunity when used to live in a bubble with a sense of entitlement.

This is one of the best pieces of content I have seen the week

Well it’s way better use of privilege than this

I was born to a Violinist's family and I always wanted to become a Composer and Symphony Orchestra Conductor at international level. What I have learned from my father, that was good enough for India, but not for Europe. We don't have any degree or university course on Orchestra Conducting. So, I went to Italy every year since 2016 during the summer to attend international masterclasses and develop my conducting. I was the first Indian in that particular event in Italy. I made friends who are professional composers and conductors, who further helped me develop my composing skills too. I initiated collaborations with them and from 2017, taking more Indian music students with me who wanted to have masterclasses with real masters. I found that we can go to Europe and perform Intercultural music because they love Indian music and with my composing skills I can write music that the European musicians also can play with us by reading the staff notations. So, we built a collaboration in Hungary from 2019 and our Indo-European Youth Orchstra became the first Intercultural and Chamber Orchestra from India to perform in Europe and enthralled the local audience. We perform Vande Mataram, Tagore as well as Mozart and Vivaldi. We resumed all our collaborations in Europe all over again after the pandemic and getting stronger and better every year. We also got the honour to celebrate and perform for Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav at the Embassy of India in Hungary twice. Our young talents returned home everytime with treasure of knowledge, exposure and dreams in their eyes. And, all these became possible, because, I decided to empty my bank account in 2016 and go to Europe to develop my skills and expand my horizons. If I can do it, everyone can do it. Not here to brag or get impressions, but to really encourage everyone that even ordinary people can do it. We can do wonders if we just try, just take the first step!

6 minutes monologue, just to tell us ki "mere baap ke paas bahut paisa hai"

Couldn't agree more! When privilege is used as a platform for excellence and positive change, it's a win-win for everyone.

Nice accent btw. It's tough English for me to understand.
