The children know when the parent feels this way and it makes them feel unloved, unwanted, and a burden. This will result in depression, acting out, being bad, etc. If your child is doing something that annoys you, tell them and explain why it is annoying. Not hard.

Anyone tell these people that “They” made them that way. Kids don’t just pop out as little assholes. Either you create them. Or they become it. But 99.9% of the time (minus your usual medical cop out BS because some doc who is pushing pills said your kid is screwed up)… It’s because a lack of discipline and responsibility. Adulting is not that hard. Guess you’re learning on the go.

This is what happens when men (fathers, boyfriends, husbands) spend years catering to women, never saying no, always humoring and coddling them. Women get treated like overgrown children themselves instead of adults. So when they actually have to raise real children—who are naturally more childish and disagreeable than them—they have zero patience and no tolerance for it.

My youngest son has pretty severe autism. He sits and sticks his fingers in his ears and screams at the tops of his lungs when he’s overstimulated. You know what I do? I let him… And it doesn’t bother me because I get it. Being a kid sucks.
