Oluwole Oke – Representing Oriade/Obokun Federal Constituency in Osun State, he defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). Hon. Kabiru Hassan Rumrum – Representing Rano/Bunkure/Kibiya Federal Constituency in Kano State, he left the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP). Hon. Sani Abdullahi – Representing Karaye/Rogo Federal Constituency in Kano State, he also departed from the NNPP. Two members of the Rivers State House of Assembly have withdrawn from the process to impeach Governor Fubara and his deputy. Hon. Sylvanus Nwankwo, the representative of Omuma State Constituency and the Minority Leader of the Assembly, along with Hon. Peter Abbey from Degema State Constituency, have urged their fellow legislators to pursue a peaceful resolution to the current impeachment proceedings against Governor Siminalayi Fubara and his deputy, Professor Ngozi Odu.

Yesterday, aggrieved residents of Saulawa Ward in Kaduna State reportedly stoned and blocked the APC House of Representatives candidate for the Ikara/Kubau constituency. They rejected President Tinubu, Governor Uba Sani, and all APC candidates from their constituency. At this rate, every APC member may need a helmet for safety. 😄

"I Regret Becoming a Legislator Because of the Pressure to Engage in Corruption!" Former member of the House of Representatives from Niger State, Hon. Abubakar Chika Adamu, said he regrets serving as a lawmaker because of the injustice and corrupt practices that took place. He said he has returned to active politics so that they can join hands with the people to identify a better candidate than President Tinubu and support that person in the election. He added that if Nigerians do not remain steadfast in prayer and action, and if Tinubu is allowed to continue, Nigerians will be in for more hardship and uncertainty.
