@45johnmac There needs to be legislation that if a judge releases a criminal and he causes a death the judge can be fined of jailed also.

Sue the judge and the system. Justice should be blind as he is an incompetent judge and should be removed from the bench

@LeahRain77 When shit hits the fan, the judiciary must be cleaned out with extreme prejudice

@brixwe Impeach him, recall him, do whatever legal remedy is available to remove him from his position. He absolutely should be prohibited from hearing domestic abuse cases, or any violence related cases. He should be forbidden from lecturing to law students or other groups

@BjKrug That judge belongs in jail

@CHRISsW0RLD Dang he has blood on his hands-

@TheEXECUTlONER_ Will he be released again? Let's ask Judge Peter Cahill for his opinion.

@Ohio_buckeye_us Injustice served

Disgusting vile man

So this judge is responsible for imprisoning an innocent man and releasing a dangerous man who then murdered.

THIS IS INSANE Two men, who both pleaded guilty to R*PING a 15yo boy and making child p*rn, received DIFFERENT sentences from two different judges. Eric Bergstrom was sentenced to 30-50 years by Judge Derek Vaughn. Judge Rich McGowan then took over the case and sentenced co-defendant Bradley Perry to ONLY 3 YEARS for the SAME CRIME. When Judge McGowan was questioned on his decision, he stated, "I am the law." How is this justice???

A Louisville judge sentenced Christopher Thompson to 30 years in a kidnapping and sexual assault case, despite the jury’s recommendation of 65 years. The defendant showed no remorse during his sentencing hearing. When Judge Tracy Davis instructed him to be respectful in court, Thompson responded, “If I could spit on you, I would.” He later interrupted the judge again, telling her, “You can’t tell me how I look at anything.” Despite the jury recommending 65 years in prison, Judge Davis ultimately sentenced Thompson to 30 years.
