I can answer for him. "If you earn more than £100k a year then the government does not consider you to be a 'working' person. You have more than wealth than the average person and therefore we will do everything we can to take it from you".

At least Labour Minister for Care Stephen Kinnock has got those tough private school fees out of the way now - without having to pay any VAT on them. Lord and Lady Kinnock will be relieved, as many grandparents are in that situation. They’ve done their bit to help.
