This is just objectively false. Here is video of the Mayor being asked (politely) to leave and warned he would be arrested if he does not. The official mentions he’s already asked him multiple times.

Check this video—he left. ICE was discussing “coming outside” to arrest him and that’s what they did. You’re trying to make it out that he came inside and refused to leave, but that’s not what happened.

He was arrested outside the prison on the public side of the fence. The way you keep posting this video is so misleading.

It's fine if you want to argue he shouldn't be arrested/charged because he had walked out of the gate by the point he was being arrested, but it doesn't change that what he says in this interview is false ("absolutely not").
