The Ryder Cup needs a major overhaul. What used to be a game with class and good sportsmanship ala the days of Bobby Jones, Ben Hogan and more, has turned into just the lowest of social behavior Personally I think us older players of the game find this unwatchable& embarrassing

She was a warm up comedian who's husband likes golf. Don't think chanting was the thing she was paid for, but @PGATOUR totally shot the pooch here, stepped way over the line. Meant to be a family event. I honestly can't see who they would award he Jacklin/Nicklaus award too.

The American chants "F%$K You, Rory" is the most despicable chant by fans at the Ryder Cup. The European team does not deserve to be treated in this manner. They are professionals. It is so embarrassing to see this on American soil. Americans should have class and respect. They don't. Today, Americans will lose badly. Fans will get what they deserve. To be fair I don’t think she went out there with “f u Rory” in mind. From what I’ve seen she was bombing hard and the fans started chanting it so she went with it. Obviously she shouldnt have but I think the tone was already set. Most people there yesterday wouldnt have heard her

At least she resigned and apologized to Rory. She should've said..."I'm not going to do that...it's despicable" .

I can see alcohol being banned from future events. I like a beer, but I honestly don’t know why people feel the need to drink while watching golf. The Ryder Cup gives enough of a buzz on its own, if it doesn’t, then golf isn’t for you.

It's not enough to remove / fire the woman they hired to MC the event. Someone made the decision to put her there in the first place. That person needs to be fired as well. The golf decisions are one thing, event planning another. Perhaps numerous people will need to be let go.

I get this, I really do. I just imagine going to a football match in England, or, anywhere else with young kids and expect any measure of safety or foul language. I'm shocked by the emcee leading the chant and apologies to the winning Europeans. They played brilliantly.
