this is kinda taking me out😭

Why is everybody hitting on this? This was excellent advice… I mean to me it seems like common sense but I guess some people need to spelled out like this.

I had to stop at “stepped out of my logical rational make mind to reassure her” like what are you even saying about

Whoever raised the young man is queen of the world 🤩👑🥰 That’s a lot of sweet wisdom right there.

I love him! What a great father, my husband did the same things for me and it meant the world to me. Thank God for good men!

Why are you all upset? New fathers are significantly more clueless than new moms and this info could help a new family.

I venture to say that if you ask women who have given birth they would tell you that at some point you realize that big baby has come out of something very very small!! That’s when my extreme panic kicked in. You sound like an amazing husband!! Hope men listen to what u r saying

Why is everyone being hard on this guy? This is directed at other men, not at women. He's essentially telling new fathers to be considerate, supportive and plugged in. My only beef is that he indicated he was incentivising his wife ro have more kids.

God bless this man! I pray they have many healthy, beautiful babies! 🙏🏼

Sorry but this is such a great explanation of the pregnancy experience from the males perspective… also extremely attractive lol. Idk how people find this cringe. Men aren’t natural child bearers, they sometimes need direction that their primal instincts cannot provide

My husband said I never pooped on the table. I think he lied. Bless him. 😂

Literally NOTHING wrong with this or him sharing his felt! I cried because Dunkin donuts sliced my plain untoasted croissant and my husband supported my emotional rollercoasters 😆😭. Pregnancy hated me, but my hubs was a godsend! Our youngest turned 10 yesterday ❤️

Congratulations to him. So many men dont care to have this insight. That lady lucked out and his parents did a helluva job teaching him the importance of being supportive. This is all most women want from the fathers of their children during pregnancy and childbirth

Yes king 👑 someone raised this man right, lucky lady. Great foundation for a long lasting relationship. 🙌

You make me smile 😊 Thank you for making this sweet video. You are a dream come true and your wife is as lucky to have you as you feel you are lucky to have her. Happiness to you and your new family.💖🫶🏽🔮

However, I would suggest some men stay closer to your wife’s face and not get the full front fireplace view. As was described in one funny moment in a movie, the female doctor suggests that the man reconsider the observation position. She said her husband said it was much like watching his favorite pub burning down. Just a thought.

A freaking men!!! Also, the first 3 months after birth are the 4th trimester (go with the analogy despite the mismatch in terms) and should be treated as such. Mom should not be expected to do anything more than recover and care for the baby. If she wants to, great. But she should not be expected to. Also, it’s not abnormal for her not to “bounce back” in 6 weeks. It took 10 months to grow that baby. It takes time to return to baseline.

Informative post. Many commenters lack understanding and empathy.

When I was 9 I went to a restaurant with my friend and her pregnant mom. They asked if we wanted a booth or a table and I asked the mom, “Can you fit in a booth?” The look on her face 😒I have never said anything to another pregnant woman besides “you look great, how do you feel?

He gave a very realistic explanation of the pregnancy progress and gave other men advice on how to mentally prepare themselves. I seriously don’t know what the issue with some commenters is lol

Men thinking they are fantastic when they are able to be what other people need... Something women do CONSTANTLY.

I appreciated his perspective. I'm sure it helped his wife. I just read a post about a woman who's husband didn't want another child and for 9 months treated her like the plague until the baby came and looked just like him.

What a beautiful video. 🙏Thank you for sharing . Very informative, especially for the fellas. If all dad's were that supportive, pregnancy / birth wouldn't be so so bad

I’ll never listen to men when it comes to pregnancy

Where were you 40 y ago? I went into early labor @ 37 wks gestation, drove self to hosp from work. Called hubby. "The baby's in distress and they have to do a C section." Hubby (groggy at 530 pm) "I was napping. I'm going back to sleep. Call me when something's happening." 😡

I cried to this, 4 months into this pregnancy and damn that all sounds so scary

That’s a GOOD man Savannah!

What a man. I just always figured it was up to us.

Good man. My husband did all of these things. I’m very blessed

Is there anything this generation won’t cry about? 🤷♀️

You should start a channel for the men. Your wife must be fantastic. You're both very lucky.

What a thoughtful young man. I tip my hat to him.

God bless this supportive husband and first time Dad! Crushing it! ❤️

What a king.

My first born, I was sick with the flu, 3 days before Christmas I went in to be induced and my husband left to go work. I delivered C section was in pain and he was no where to be found. It was the most nightmarish thing I've ever experienced. Men don't do that, just don't do it.
