A lot of y’all don’t realize this. But her videos are just eating disorder content. She puts a lot of “flavorful” low/no calorie stuff in her food ie the peppers, onion, garlic… she also has a lot of crunchy stuff. Both of those are to trick the brain. The pungent aromatic flavorful stuff she adds in gives the other no calorie stuff flavor. The crunch is to satisfy and make you chew longer, tricking your brain into thinking you’ve eaten more than you have. The spicy stuff is to “punish” to make you not want to finish. So people will cook something with zero or almost zero calories, add a few spices to trick the brain adds crunchy stuff to trick the brain and then adds spicy stuff to deter them from eating the whole thing. This isn’t healthy. She’s not a “bad cook.” She’s deliberately doing this on purpose. Disguising it as “healthy cooking” and it’s really just eating disorder content/how to. Theres another lil white girl that does the exact same thing. Dips all kinds of vegetables into cottage cheese/mustard… Its alarming to see actually, especially knowing most of their followers are young impressionable girls. Absolutley shameful.
