There was no genocide. 70-80% of the aboriginal population died in the first year from disease. Up until 1930, there were an estimated 10k killed in violent deaths. 70 deaths annually or 1.35 per week. Were Aboriginals discriminated against? Absolutely. But there wasn't a genocide.
