this is literally the coolest thing ever

pissed that twitter's video length limit couldn't let me have the full scene in the vid :/

You're getting the kits right?

Go Setsuna Kill Tooru Furuya

EXACTLY

00 predicted his downfall almost 2 decades in advance I’m afraid

It's so peak

I love this final scene so much, it contrasts 2 generations of Celestial Beings and their opposing ideology. Also just the use of the GN drives from the 00 Gundam to fight with their original gundam is just a peak moment

You seems like a nice person but sadly imma have to mute you cuz am currently watching gundam 00 and you keep showing up to my tl and i don't want spoilers ao I'll remove it once am done watching

please do! i don't want any of my posts to spoil your enjoyment of 00 ,i had to do the same thing when G Gen had it's first anniv and a bunch of JP accs started posting story spoilers 😭

Is so good. Exia represents Setsuna and his growth since childhood against what he once believed as a false god/twisted ideology O Gundam.

No matter how many times I've seen this scene, this insant "Tomorrow" kicks in I start tearing up. There is so much beautiful meaning behind this final duel and stands as a constant reminder to why I hold Gundam Exia so close to my heart God I love Gundam 00

Still one of the best final episodes in the franchise. They destroy each others current suits and they each get in their old suits to fight some more. So good.

One thing that you might not notice without getting the kit (and even then might not realize is) the 0 gundam still uses 00's drive cover, while exia uses it's own. What should you do with this info? I unno

I think the only thing that tops this moment was from the same episode, when the first opening, Daybreaks Bell, starts playing as the ending. Genuinely brings me to tears, I get goosebumps just thinking about it. Elevated that opening from a 7/10 to a 10/10

the exia comeback had me so excited when i watched this scene

This moment used to mean so much to us Gundam fans. Doesn't dampen my love for the 0 Gundam in ACD colors as one of my favorite "basic Gundams" a la base Duel, but....yeah...there was a time where we were happy Ribbons got a Nu-like Gundam THEN the RX-78-2 expy.

Perfect final fight doesn't exi- YES THERE IS

Also doubles as a 0083 reference with Exia flashing in the distance before the closeup shot.

@DarthVeda00 Make sure you watch for the after credits of the movie btw

00 greatness! 🤝

This was such a good fight! Can’t wait to see your reactions to the movie

@DarthVeda00 Yes it is

Gundam Exia Setsuna F. Seiei Slashing Through to the Future line goes too hard

"He couldn't....!" OH YES HE ABSOLUTELY CAN YOU FAKE 😤

This scene was pure art, man. Just perfect

So happy to follow your 00 journey, it's my favorite. I'm glad you enjoyed it

The future vs The past

Setsuna is fighting here against his "Savior"... PEAK 🔥

Gave me fucking goosebumps first time seeing it
