Final Stage of Q-school rounds are already long enough…. A few things to get ahead of the comments. 1. Yes this is a mental block, OCD, whatever you want to call it and I sympathize with that. However Theo has played pro golf for years and it's always been the same, so the sympathy from other players is gone. 2. They have to penalize him. From what I've heard he wasn't penalized last year for slow play. That's not possible. This video is actually pretty quick for him. The more pressure, the longer it goes. In Chicago a few years back, he was playing with Mark, I was caddying and it was raining. And he was over the ball for 3 mins once. 3. Again, Theo is a nice guy, this isn't a shot at him personally. But this is unfair to his playing partners, and after years of this going on it has be handled.

So they panicked and “streamlined” it by completely gutting the project: • There is now a single track for 144 out of 162 miles in the Central Valley (one train at a time like a 1950s freight line) • Reusing slow existing Caltrain & Metrolink commuter tracks instead of actual high-speed rail • Stopping most of the tunneling • Shrinking stations to tiny platforms for just 8 trains a day This isn’t high-speed rail anymore. It’s an overpriced, half-assed Amtrak upgrade after 18 years and tens of billions disappeared with zero bullet trains running. Cancel this boondoggle. Not a cent more.

Imagine the DMV, but worse — because this DMV can print money. That’s the federal government. A massive, uncaring bureaucracy running on inaccurate computers that just keep sending payments. One simple fix could save $100–200 billion a year: require every Treasury payment to include an appropriation code and any explanation. Sounds obvious — but payments were going out with no code, no link to Congress, no comment. A couple of days back I had massive anxiety & I used my best friend, as always, as a punching bag, felt terrible about it. But the venting & purging healed me & showed me the mirror. I will be 49 in a month & I still have this occasionally. It was a small trigger that brought back old scars & self doubt with it. It usually happens when I’m overworked & don’t schedule slow down/ silence moments for calming my mind. It’s never easy for anyone including me to openly talk about these vulnerable moments esp in the cut throat business world where right off the bat you are judged as “ is she strong enough to lead this large & complex business” “ that’s the problem w women leaders, too emotional” such statements are thrown at you when you discuss your weak moments but I want to change that narrative. I have a voice & I want to use that for such unspoken topics, otherwise what’s the point ? Yes, I can have weak moments but oh yes I can bounce back & kick ass at my job too. Yes, I will also share this & my learning’s so that anyone out there who isn’t lucky enough like me to have a best friend/ bouncing board, can maybe find strength in my story to feel normal & to get the courage to smile & keep fighting !
