Doesn't seem too hospitable. The radiation levels on the surface are off the charts for human safety. I'm not sure why @elonmusk wants the human species to move there. It seems to me that you would have to be underground by 20 or 30 ft to be safe from the radiation. Very little atmosphere and nothing you could breathe. No land to build on in farm. I'm not sure I see the Practical value of this.
