In Frankfurt, protesters pulled down the regime’s flag and raised the national flag. In Hamburg, walls were marked with “Javid Shah” and national symbols. Similar acts occurred in Rome and even as far as Australia. Reza Pahlavi responded, calling these buildings the property of the Iranian people and urging the national flag be restored in place of the regime’s.
