Don’t use isopropyl alcohol on PEI sheets. Apply a thin layer of liquid (not white!) glue to a new sheet, then spray with distilled water and distribute with a $1 foam brush every few prints. Over many thousands of print hours, this is by far the most effective.

India can never become a country where doing business is easy and here is why: So PMC Care broke the shade of a newly opened coffee shop(Video 1) using their flawed logic of “margin areas”; the same logic they used to destroy Rameshwaram Cafe. But they are unwilling to remove hawkers in Viman Nagar(Video 2) Office of PMC Commissioner your dept has become way too corrupt. Troubling legitimate businesses and making illegitimate businesses flourish. PS: For those who don’t know, margin areas are the spaces left within a property. In many foreign countries, it’s quite common to build a shade in these areas without putting up any permanent structure. But PMC and CMO Maharashtra made law such that if a brand doesn’t pay bribe to them then they can send their bulldozers.

In a shocking revelation, it has been discovered that a private builder, a prominent real estate developer in Pune, has been clandestinely dumping untreated sewage into the Ram River since 2021. The magnitude of this environmental transgression has reached alarming proportions, with over 10 million litres of sewage having been recklessly discharged into the river. The modus operandi involves Rohan Madhuban, a high-end society in Bavdhan Khurd with over 330 flats and nearly 1000 residents. Despite the absence of a functional Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) within the society premises for several years, the builder has persistently managed the sewage treatment process.
