I think people afraid of the dark is more driven by an instinct we all have which is fear of the unknown

I mean I kind of Understand that. Im scared of the dark but my fear of the dark isnt Normal at all... As long as Im familiar with the Location, I will not be Horrified if It suddenly lost lights at night. like my house, the lights are always off
