The reason I even laughed (which I didn’t even mean to) is because I couldn’t fathom how their reason for depriving us of light would be that according to them “we are too poor to afford it” 😭😭😭

So there are even a lot of places with no light in Lagos 💔 My place we get 1 hour of light per week since mid February. Yes! 1 hour of light per week! It's extremely terrible. Not to even talk about the heat 💔💔👎🏽 #30DayRantChallenge Ko ni da fun BAT!

There is no lie in what you’ve said, I personally went to the NEPA office at Bashorun town and was told the exact same thing, that the community is too poor to afford light. I weep for my country Nigeria. We all need to join our voices against our oppressors
