Having followed you for years now I'm looking forward to laughing, crying, laughing, happy crying and finally a surge of positivity that I find I get when I've seen your work. Normal? Yes, but also exceptional.

Have you ever considered a side hustle of university lecturing + teaching students how to structure a good (oral) presentation? Cos I liked the fact that you told us at the start (which you said was not the start - good trick!) what you were going to present, & it had good flow.

Just listening to your book. Loving it so far. I don’t have mental health challenges (more so than anyone else) and haven’t faced the majority of the challenges you have, but you’re hugely inspiring. And funny, which makes it even better. Keep up the fantastic work, Joe. Love it
