Its not about app ... Its about service earlier before 2015 when i travel to train and if you find issue and complain it there was no action taken. Now once they moved these jobs to private contractor even if a simple call get you service very quick ,i tried many times.

Do you know bulbul, I used travel in train between 2012 to 2022 frequently There were onboard cleaning teams in 2nd and 3ac, no need to complain they used clean it frequently Slaves like you feel everything is introduced in india after 2019
