Home depot has 50lb bags for 25 bucks just ordered some thanks

So people do buy storable food with a 25 year shelf life, but will only need a single bag of calcium chloride? That doesn’t make sense. You’d run out of calcium chloride just like you’d run out of food if you don’t stockpile enough.

I’m pretty sure the reaction gives off acetylene gas. This was how miners’ lamps used to work without battery power. I’m not sure you would want it in a sealed jar.

Steaming your tent 🏕️ or any enclosed area is a bad idea when it’s freezing. Call this an absolute last resort.

You do WHAT with it? Those are the weirdest instructions. Can someone translate please?

I can’t count how many dime drops like these i keep seeing. You think they’re trying to tell us something? 😂

@wickedcece315 Wow didn’t know that

Maybe go somewhere warm and sunny 😎. Actually that’s very interesting. 😊

Calcium chloride is highly corrosive. While used for de-icing roads, it can induce serious corrosion on carbon steel and concrete if it leaks or spills. Using risks destroying plumbing and metal. Messy Byproduct (Liquid Brine)The reaction creates a thick, salty liquid brine.

Here is the recipe for insomnia, cures you and everyone in the room. Points to anyone who can tell me what happens without looking it up.

This is very convincing for average person but putting hypothermic chemicals in sealed jars will most likely explode shattered glass and chemical Burns. And there is a difference between calcium chloride and chlorine . Any heat produced inside a sealed container is deadly. @Grok

They fail to mention the highly combustible acetylene gas given off during the process.

How do you get the powder without the grid 😱

Ai slop, this is dangerous when handlet incorrectly (like showd in this video) and being on Twitter for 10 years, I know there’s enough idiots out there

How can we use this to heat a pool

This is nice to know. Just ordered some for whatever, you know?

@ChuckingCucks I hope I won’t ever have to use it,but good to know. Thanx👍🏽

@grok if all this is true what are the harmful effects of Calcium Chloride on humans or environment?

@grok, is this true?

Regardless, Heat builds pressure. I wouldn't seal it. Let it outgas.

Armageddon preparation is a billion dollar business.

Good luck trying to get some. Collectors get excited when the old carbide lamps still have so calcium carbide left in them.

You can turn the heat Source into energy..

See face card 😂

Thanks Rocky

While this is a fancy trick to know for a last resort, it isn’t the best method if you’re in the prepping stage. I especially wouldn’t put it in glass. The best thing to have around instead is sodium acetate packs. They’re reusable; just put them in boiling water to reset.

Every time I see these videos, I wonder f the sun is getting worn out.

Releases corrosive hydrogen chloride

What a wonderful ingredient to have added to your Walmart drinking water and hundreds and hundreds of other foods. I wonder why? Could it just be another avenue to poison us with laboratory chemicals

When it’s cold there would be no water to mix it with, only ice
