This is not just about cleanliness it reflects a difference in upbringing and awareness. While adults left their water bottles scattered everywhere, a 3-year-old child picked up over 20 bottles and showed that good manners are not age-dependent.

I hate going to the movies, but my husband convinced me to go a few weeks back. There was only about 12 people in the theater. We were the only ones to take our trash with us. There's literally a trash can at the exit. People have no no self respect anymore.

She had a great mom. People actually had to be taught not to litter. Many third worlders weren't taught.

I see stuff like this all of the time. Went to bingo. Garbage bags at the ends of every table and some people leave all of their crap for workers to pick up. Yes they’re paid to work there but common courtesy and picking up after yourself should be the standard.

That's right sweetie, always leave a place better than when you found it. I used to have my day camp do this when we went to the park. But I hope Mom & Dad made him wash his hands after picking bottles that have been in other people's mouths!

Imagine letting your kid touch all that trash from other folks hands and acting like it’s a good deed. The parent shoulda left. There’s folks that do that for there job and have gloves on smh.

When my son and I would go for a walk around our neighborhood he’d help me clean up any litter on the side of the road. What I love about where we live now I haven’t seen one scrap of garbage on the ground. That was the first thing I noticed when we went to the river 1st time.

Good for her but I wouldn't have let my child do that just because of all the germs on all those bottles. God only knows the disgusting people who were touching them. Also the saliva from the splash back. Forget it.

Worked as a high school custodian. Can tell you events where it’s just kids are a lot cleaner than ones where there are adults. Bunch of lazy bums.

My son did this when we were at the airport. There were a lot of coffee cup sleeves left in cup holders and we went around and threw them away.
