Ruto will come preaching that Kibaki served 10 years, Uhuru served 10 years, and therefore he must also be given 10. That argument assumes Kenyans are stupid. We are not. Kibaki earned his second term. Under Kibaki, money circulated. Jobs existed. The cost of living was manageable. Kenyans could breathe. Uhuru earned political patience. Under Uhuru, development was visible across the country roads, infrastructure, projects you could touch and see. Whether you liked him or not, the state was building. Ruto has earned nothing close to that. Under Ruto, life is more expensive, taxes are punitive, and the economy feels like a punishment. The government looks less like a national administration and more like a closed ethnic cartel power concentrated around his tribe, friends, relatives, and loyalists while ordinary Kenyans suffer. This is not leadership. It is capture. It is extraction. It is survival of the connected while the rest are told to “be patient.” Kenya is not a monarchy. Ten years is not a birthright. A term is earned by performance, not demanded by comparison. Ruto will be a one-term president. In 2011 when the country was facing a similar situation of fuel crisis, the then minister for finance Uhuru Kenyatta addressed the issue with utmost respect & professionalism. Uhuru has always been compassionate with his words since kitambo. There was no tribal profiling or incitement saying Kibaki is being targeted for being a Kikuyu & that people never complained about fuel prices when Mzee Nyayo was president for 24 years. During this time, the Botanist with a PhD in Avocado grafting was busy Assembling new KDF (Kapseret Defense Forces) recruits in Mau Summit to cause violence in the 2012 general elections which was later moved to march. Uhuru was no better, But he at least tried during his tenure. William Ruto can NEVER be anything near Uhuru. NEVER EVER!!! I REPEAT, William Ruto CAN NEVER outdo president Uhuru Kenyatta.

Mew : These days, I’ve been going to the gym a lot because the movie I’m currently shooting requires a strong physique. The upcoming projects I’ll be shooting also require it, so I've been working out frequently and playing sports too. 🗣️: How many projects are you shooting right now? Mew : Just shooting one project is already exhausting enough 😂 Yesterday, I went to Saraburi for shooting. The production van picked me up from home at 3 AM, we started shooting there at 6 AM, and I got home around 11 PM. 🗣️: So, you can't take on multiple filming projects at the same time anymore? Mew : I really can’t anymore. If I do multiple projects, I feel like I don’t have any time to rest or even work out. There was a time when I shot 2–3 projects one after another, and I had no time to go to the gym or do anything else. So I feel like shooting one project at a time is better. It helps me focus more too. Especially when shooting movies, every scene is very important, so I have to put a lot of work into it.

You should give us credit that no life was lost; we never organized a protest. The leaders of the matatu industry at that point in time never protested against the government. You should ask yourselves why did they feel that it was okay to understand Uhuru Kenyatta, but when it is President Ruto, they should go to the streets? We have substantially completed the reconstruction of Tam Balogun Road in Ijebu-Ode, with all major asphalt works now finished under our administration’s ongoing drive to strengthen road infrastructure across Ogun State. The project is currently at about 98% completion, with only lane markings left to be carried out. With both the binder and final wearing courses in place, the road is fully motorable and already improving movement, safety, and travel time for residents and road users. The contractor handling the Abeokuta-Ota-Lagos Road project has almost completed the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the section between Abeokuta and Papalanto, making the journey along this axis smooth and stress-free. Work is also progressing steadily between Papalanto, Ifo, and Sango, where construction activities are ongoing to deliver a durable and motorable road for the benefit of all. This project, though a federal road, was formally handed over to us after several years of failed interventions, and we took it upon ourselves to ensure it is fixed once and for all. I’m glad people are beginning to see how badly run Governor Jide’s administration has been. There are far more abandoned projects than completed ones, and that is very disappointing. It feels like seven years have passed with very little that directly improves people’s daily lives. Under this administration, you can see a 50-meter road taking almost eight years to complete. Basic infrastructure now looks like rocket science. Many projects are started but never finished across Lagos, both in highbrow and low-income areas. If you want a current comparison, look at Nyesom Wike who is very much a "politician". His administration is ongoing just like this one, yet he has already delivered over 15 flyovers and more than 300 roads. Meanwhile, Lagos has more resources, talent, and access to funds, yet we still struggle to complete any meaningful major bridge. Even the Opebi Link Bridge has been completed for months but is still not in use. Another issue is the state of major roads. The Lekki‑Epe Expressway is a critical road that should be rehabilitated to the highest standard, yet just see the shabby work his team is doing. Why not give such roads to reputable companies like Julius Berger, Craneburg Construction Company, or Hi‑Tech Construction Company to fix them properly? So when are they going to do the finishing if not now? Even the drainage infrastructure in the whole of Lekki today is still largely what was built during the administration of Babatunde Fashola around 2008, with no meaningful upgrades despite the massive population growth,all the interlock laid by Gov. Fashola has been eroded and its less than 7 months to E1..yet no single sign of environmental management. At the same time, the government keeps announcing huge IGR figures, but people cannot clearly see the impact of that money on infrastructure. Roads remain in poor condition and many projects remain unfinished. Is he the only politician in Nigeria??? This is not just criticism; it is a genuine concern. Lagos is supposed to be a mega city, yet under this administration, infrastructure appears to be deteriorating instead of improving.
