Our PM Narendra Modi and President President of India visited recently in Manipur. Meitei IDPs started resettlement. We thought Manipur has slowly started healing. But then again #Kukimilitants started attacking with guns and bombs at #Torbung Meitei locals in Bishnupur district #Manipur (the location is close to #Churachandpur district) President Rule & AFSPA is in Manipur but the Kukis in Manipur are still war mongering showing that they fear none. If the Central Government really want peace and normalcy in Manipur please demilitarize all the war mongers.
