This was just up the road from where I lived haha

@shoshinshu Are you the fuckwit lawyer?

@kevorkian82 Who are you talking to ?

"My neighbour is a lawyer, so hes not an idiot." *pause* "Well he is a fuckwit but thats another problem..." Pure gold.

If we could harness the power of his Australianess, he could power the whole country 😉

@Pazienza82 So much boomer energy there lol

@Pazienza82 my mum thought it was funny 🫣

Yeah Nah this is.

I always liked a story I heard from a guy who was visiting Australia and he was on a tour of the Outback, and they were an this rather nice highway in the middle of nowhere and he asked the tour guide what there was a highway in the middle of nowhere. The guide said it was built during World War 2 to get materials quickly from southern to Northern Autralia where they feared the Japanese would land during an invasion. An hour later the road ran out and they were riding on round ground. He asked the guide what happened to the road and the guide looked at him and said "Don't know if your up on current events, mate, but the Japs aren't coming."

Bro just enjoying the old man in all his glory

I love old men who talk like this. He is the type of person I'd like to see more of - blunt and direct. He doesn't pussy-foot around anything and he's grounded in material reality.

@lupinski It’s funny, but he sounds like a fuckwit who wouldn’t know how to use the tv remote and whine about technological progress as his grandkids wipe his ass.

You can't play this bit on news channels cuz 90% of it will be bleeped out lol..

SBS would have played it back in the day... after 930pm

I love the Aussies, but their government has become a tyrannical globalist commie nightmare.

Make that man the minister for energy

We're not all this dumb, or lacking in elocution. Many Australians understand power comes from the sun and the wind.

Me the whole time

When Trump's gone I want this Australian man to be President of the United States of America 🤣👍🏻

Possibly the two biggest Australian dickheads too. Pricks like that make me fucking embarrassed to be from the same country

That guy needs putting in charge of everything - immediately.

Pure stupidity. Nobody in government says no mining! Nobody! It’s simply a lie or the rantings of a simpleton to claim it’s either one or the other!

He was almost there! "They think electricity comes out of fucking space". So close ....

He's right about needing people to die off before things get fixed, but he's just wrong about which group he belongs to.

Give this man the order of Australia

woaw what a salt of the earth moment watching a dumbshit old guy recite what he's learned from murdoch, such genuine working classitude

It's not the obscene words or the attitude, it's the freedom from censorship. Good on ya', mate!

Miners with solar plant and electric machines are currently outperforming diesel operations by a lot. It is risk reduction.

Can we please just have Australia become our next state?

@zozac62 “He’s not an idiot, well he’s a fuckwit, but that’s another story.”

Eastern Australians use the “c” word very liberally, the way Americans use the word “dude.”

Bring back the real Australians like this guy. I miss Crocodile Dundee.

Men like him built our wonderful country.

He doesn't understand the Left. They don't need to be realistic. They have good intentions. The Right is motivated by greed, racism, sexism, bigotry... So, it matters not when the Left's "good intentions" lead directly to the destruction of society.

Where are these kind of Australians during elections? Do they pay the fine and not show up for mandatory voting? Because the federal and state Parliaments as far as I can tell are full of fuckwits.

@Akintola1678829 This from one of the sunniest countries in the developed world!

"He's a lawyer so he's not an idiot. Well, he is a f*ckwit but that's another problem." is one of the most beautiful sentences I've ever heard.

I'd love to have a beer with this guy
