Purpose doesn't need motivation. That's the part most people miss. When the brain locks onto a genuine purpose, the ventral tegmental area shifts from reward-seeking dopamine to sustaining dopamine. It's a completely different circuit. One needs constant external validation to keep going. The other runs on internal conviction. This is why a hen sits on eggs for 21 days without applause, without results, without proof it's working. The commitment itself becomes the fuel. Humans have this same wiring. But we've been trained to need visible progress before we commit. Purpose works the other way around. You commit first. Proof comes after. Your only job is to show up and do your part. The outcome was never yours to control.
