I am loving this series… actually need this for me to do short, body-weight exercises throughout the day. Would be great to have them pulled together on one page when you are “done.”

Dillon, I used to have shoulder pain doing bro bench press. But now in my early 40s, I’ve been using the shoulderok for the last few years. That really helps and look forward to add this to my mobility routine.
