I saw this movie on a plane. It was an excellent choice!

So seeing black people doing for others is what did it for him and finally got him to leave the klan? I hope this isn't based on true events bc black people have always been doing for others. SMH

The problem today it’s too difficult to hold peoples attention long enough for this to be possible as soon as someone says one thing there’s already 50 assholes trying to make content off that by saying the opposite thing peoples focus is too fractured nowadays. Back then there was only a handful of outlets and when you were able to get enough of them to say the same truth it would work but now that it’s been made into a commodity it’s just to hard especially when issues become complex and nuanced and not easy one or the other conversations. It’s almost impossible to cut through all the noise now
