The Judge says she would have granted the mistrial motion, but because one of Yak's charges has him being a convicted felon already, the damage is limited. However, she rules as a SANCTION, the State is no longer allowed to question their witness. I 1000% agree with the Judge.

This was Camilla a few days ago in police custody before her sentencing. We are told she pled guilty. 1.Did she willingly plead guilty? 2. Did she suffer these marks before she pled guilty ? 3. Have offenses of similar nature for a first time offender received a 1 year jail sentence ? 4. Is the judge aware this is what happened to her while in custody? 5.
