She was hired to have a room as a live in nanny. But does it say that she has doors? I took a roommate's door off her room and bathroom and she moved within hours.

Sell the house to a close friend for a dollar and then he can evict her.. then sell it back. It’s basically a title transfer but is legally different. The new home owner can have her removed.
