Can confirm. I live down the street from here. They do this all the time and usually get away. A lot of the time they abandon the boats on the shore.

When I toured the sector San Diego Border I was briefed on this very occurrence. Common place in the region… not to mention the water is polluted with the sewage waste water from Mexico. It’s a real “Shit show”.
