Women don’t realize it’s an easier more satisfying life staying at home raising kids. And with the advancements in technology, it’s even easier than 40 years ago. Yes the cash flow is less and women need a break from her kids on occasion. But it’s a better life for everybody involved.

I’m really struggling right now with this and could use prayers. Overall, I’m blessed because I work from home and get to spend a lot of time around my kids that others don’t, but I’m a widow and we have no support system… I have to jump through hoops to travel for my job quarterly to count inventory and leave my kids. I absolutely hate leaving them.

Women always ran the home and everything was for them in western nations, what they wanted and needed for their husband to be a good man. Men never liked working, they like hanging out, everyone does, they worked hard for their wives and kids. then they call it a Patriarchy.

Man, you gotta work just to survive these days. Government prints money, taxes us to death, and buries everything in red tape BS. Taxes everywhere. This ain’t the America from 45-50 years ago. In most big cities you need at least $180k as the head of the household just to get by, otherwise you’re struggling. Affordability keeps getting worse. Sometimes we even have to beg our in-laws on both sides to watch the grandkids just to save a little money. It’s just a consequence of modernity. Feminism is not all the root. It’s a reaction. And we live in the world but not of the world. Christian’s also need to also survive in the world. And yes no one should idolize money. Its important to recognize the nuances. And each family make decisions according to their needs. There is a lot of propaganda online that really distracts us from the nuances. Christian’s should be able and are to be free in Christ.

After the industrial revolution, the economy shifted out of homes. We definitely lost something there, but people do need to work.

Let’s see if women agree with this. This is absolutely true and correct, but now it will never happen. You need to truly find someone else who actually wants this same thing, and will be ok with financial struggle. (Good luck) For normal working class people, this is impossible.

I worked for 21 yrs 40-60 hours a week & finally after helping raise my husband’s kids from his previous marriage it was my turn to be a mom & we saved and sacrificed so much so I could homeschool and take care of our home. The amount of crap I took from other woman was shocking!

Truth! and I am a Boomer. What a different world and people our children would have been if we had stayed home, raised our children in Christianity and had a husband as "head of the family" the Mom, head of household. Our marriages would not have broken up over money, daycare, etc. Our children would have been more loving, caring in general instead of seekers of constant entertainment. Our new generation see's this and is making changes, good changes in their lives ✝️
