Oxford was always going to be first, iirc the local council approved the plans years ago (at least 2/3). Talk about it and people think you're insane, but it's coming and it'll be implemented alongside CBDCs and social scoring for maximum control, the end is nigh.

@chatswithem The people are sold this idea on the grounds of ‘we’re so progressive’ (bottom up) and they wake up when they are told it’s an international policy being rolled out across certain cities in several countries. (Very much top down imposed)
