HEARTBREAKING: A giant manta ray was one of thousands caught by massive fishing nets. All they want is to live, yet that opportunity is stolen from them by greed & selfishness. 💔 #RethinkFish

Simple exercise to attack selfishness within your team: Challenge your team to finish this sentence: "You can tell someone is not interested in the team concept when ______." Make a list of their answers: 1. 2. 3. You've named the opponent: human nature. Now make a commitment to beat it.

Cristiano Ronaldo completely lost it after Arbeloa refused to gift him his usual tap-in. Imagine being upset because your own teammate scored instead of you. That level of selfishness is wild. Messi could never. 😭💀

Moving on is one thing, but erasing what enhypen was 6yrs ago is selfishness, you can never erase what they built together as 7, tho they're 6 now, but where they're standing today as one of the most successful boygroup is because of the hardwork of 7

Give a politician ₹20 crore, and you’ll get his selfishness. Give a leader ₹20 crore, and you’ll get selfless development. That’s the Pawan Kalyan difference.

There is something beautiful about the instinct of a child to protect another. Before we learn the divisions that separate us, before we are taught to fear or distrust one another, there is within us a powerful capacity to care, to help, to protect, and to love. And yet we live in a world where our algorithms and media too often amplify the worst of humanity. The cruelty, the outrage, the selfishness, the division. Meanwhile, millions upon millions of acts of kindness, decency, grace, and compassion happen every day, often unseen and uncelebrated. We can begin to believe the lie that cruelty defines us, that selfishness is our nature, that the ties that divide us are stronger than the bonds that unite us. But there is so much goodness in this world. So many people looking out for one another. So many people stepping forward to help, to serve, to protect. We are at our best when we recognize that we belong to one another. That our strength is found not in selfishness but in service, not in division but in community, not in indifference but in love. And sometimes it takes a little child, stepping forward to protect those smaller than herself, to remind us of this profound truth. May we see more of this. May we be more of this.

OBSESSION was so disturbing and uncomfortable because the casual selfishness of a man is a terrifying thing. Even a man you trust, even a man you think is your friend, you have no idea what autonomy they would steal from you if given the chance and that's horrifying

David Ornstein was asked if he has a good relationship with Fabrizio Romano, and he blasted Fabrizio for being selfish. 🗣️: “Look, I’ve got nothing against Fabrizio. I mean, competition is expected in the world of journalism, but what I dislike is his selfishness. He always wants to be the first to report transfer news, even though most of the time he doesn’t have a source. Sometimes, he also steals information from other journalists’ sources without giving them credit. I hope he changes his ways.”

Tony Romo’s team said Thursday he accepts full responsibility for the Wisconsin OWI case and is talking with CBS about next steps. That is not enough. A spokesperson is not an apology. He drove impaired, failed sobriety tests, and picked up citations for intoxicated driving, unsafe passing, and an open container. He is rich. A driver was a phone call away. He still got behind the wheel. That is selfishness with a steering wheel, and it put everyone else on the road in range. Romo needs to say it himself. Full public apology. No polished middleman. Remorse, and a real plan to never do it again. CBS already sat him down. Responsibility is staying off the road. The walk is the least he can do.

Tony Romo was just found guilty of driving drunk. Wisconsin just agreed: six months off the road, an interlock, a program, and a fine. There are few things that infuriate me as much as this kind of selfishness by Romo. I also think the sentence is too lenient. He shouldn’t be allowed to drive for five years. He could’ve killed someone. He can talk about pain, pills, and a personal failure. Fine. Pain does not hand you a steering wheel. Money does not either. He had a driver a phone call away and still drove. Shame on Romo. Walk.
