Absolutely horrific. And it sounds like they got away with it for a while. I’m adopted and I’ve seen agencies not following up and checking how these poor kids are doing. This isn’t the first time.

We have seen white people adopt black kids as their own. Have you seen any black Person adopt a white kid? Just curious 🤷🏽‍♂️
