Kalos didn’t make it past the ban phase. Xerneas would have been constantly reviving the entire population of mankind along with every fainted Pokemon while Yveltal keeps nuking the entire population unprovoked. Zygarde would have a stroke trying to maintain balance.

Johto (Lugia), Hoenn (Latias/Latios/Rayquaza/Kyogre/Groudon), Sinnoh (Dialga/Palkia/Giratina) and Unova (Kyurem) are peak regions, that's why

@CinderaceClub If Hoopa summoned Xerneas & Yveltal, it would have turned into a separate battle between Hoopa & its dark self as it would be another clash between Life VS Death (and then the Balance of Order being there will intervene)

Hoopa it's self is Gen 6. Other Gen6 Legendaries or Mythical had their own movies. Doesn't make sense for them to join just to steal Hoopa's spotlight.
