An official HDFC Bank staff member and the branch manager ( chennai) made the customer intentionally got the customer's fixed deposit closed, causing a loss of ₹30,000. Is this the kind of service HDFC Bank provides? No one should choose HDFC Bank if this is how customers are treated. As far as possible, everyone should consider closing their HDFC Bank accounts.
