San Antonio had my favorite all time Chinese place. It was Taipei and still has (had?) the best Hot & Sour Soup I have ever had, establishing an ongoing addiction to the stuff. Everything else there was awesome too, but I am talking about 30 years ago. (Off menu: Crunchy Duck 😋)

That's a nice amount of vegetables. I have to pay to get that much in the Chinese food around here. 😭

And they make it fresh so if you say don’t want carrots or you want to add bean sprouts, you can totally do that

I’m telling you I put this on my entire life. Everything on that menu I have tried is 11 out of 10. Prices are very decent. Food is always hot, fresh ingredients. Super nice staff. It’s a really cute place too. I haven’t eaten in there in years. always have it delivered, but I just cannot say enough good things about this spot. I make my own General Tso's Chicken at home now because I refuse to have Broccoli on my plate. I've never understood why takeout places put it in there, and I don't want to find out. 😉

There was a Chinese place in either Burleson or Cleburne in the late 80s called Chino's to this day... they set the standard for quality
