They told us once the shots came out that this would be over. They don't prevent the spread and never will. - They said group gatherings were dangerous. Unless they were BLM protests. In which case no harm. Go gather. - They denied the lab leak theory. They then destroyed the careers of anyone who suggested it by claiming it as anti-Chinese racism. - They lied about the vaccines not impacting menstrual cycles. They do. - They backed up the lie Fauci pushed about US money not being used for gain-of-function research in China. Turns out it happened and likely caused this whole shit show. - They condemned anyone who argued having survived Covid was the same as having been vaccinated. Turns out they were correct. People who survived Covid were actually more protected from reinfection than those who were vaccinated. - They lied about the threat of Covid to our children. They made it out that staying home was the best place for our kids. In reality, Covid was a threat to the sickly and the elderly. Kids obviously could catch it but their risk was miniscule by comparison. The damage to their mental health from the lockdowns far exceeded the risk of Covid. - They said Ivermectin was horse medicine and kills people. Turns out systematic review showed it lowers your risk of being put on a ventilator and adverse effects related to Covid infection. These media companies were either backing up lies they knew were lies or they were making shit up daily without any real evidence in either direction. The harm of those lies goes above and beyond the financial BS a company like Dominion had to suffer because Fox News lied. The rest of the media spent 2 years giving the country PTSD around a disease they either knew nothing about or knew was way more harmless than they'd speak about on live television. They lied to our faces for years and destroyed society in the process.

That’s a great question. One way is to make it easier for ppl to sue for false reporting. If Fox had to contend with 5 or 6 Dominon style lawsuits every couple of years they’d change.
