This is what he did in Atlantic City with his casinos. This is what he’s done with a lot of his projects that have gone bankrupt, bankrupt, bankrupt. He creates false hope. He drags people along. He destroys their lives. He steals their money, picks their pockets — figuratively and sometimes literally, however it’s actually being done, in my opinion.
