They’re not putting this family on blast & using the footage for their own purposes. It’s for transparency and accountability. There is so much scrutiny on police who are always under a microscope. Body cams protect everyone, especially police.

I don’t think the parents are on blast, I just don’t want them to have to see this a relive it. It’s heartbreaking.
