@wvfunnyguy Can confirm...especially the fighting inanimate objects part. However, I prefer a long period of increasingly hostile insults before it comes to blows with said inanimate object.

Right lol ๐

@wvfunnyguy Its a proud family tradition, going back untold generations. ๐คฃ

@wvfunnyguy Just finished putting in that mother effing storm door

@wvfunnyguy ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃI'll sometimes MAKE UP new cuss words while doing home improvement projects. It's cathartic๐

It happens lol

If you have someone build something for you, the labor cost is 2/3 and the third is material if your project cost 900 bucks for someone else to do it just think if you do it yourself it will only cost 300 you would save $600. Thatโs why a manโs gotta do what a manโs gotta do. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐

@wvfunnyguy @tcubedactual She forgot that Iโve just ruined my new t shirt and jeans because I refuse to change before starting said project

@wvfunnyguy If you do not bleed.... The project will not succeed.... The Gods demand it!

@wvfunnyguy And I hope you praise him to high heaven for a job well done

@wvfunnyguy I concur...

@wvfunnyguy @Jellenne My husband always says piece of shit made in China fuck off ๐

@wvfunnyguy I laughed out loud. B/c yeah, that's me.

Me too

@wvfunnyguy I can remember kicking a 3โ vertical pvc conduit that connected to the meter. Busted my big toe and my 13 year old son ( he is now 46) said, โyou sure taught that conduit a lesson, dad.โ

@wvfunnyguy Who has been spying on my husband??๐๐๐

@wvfunnyguy This is WHY I smoke cigarettes. It forces me to control my breathing. Nicotine is the weird drug that's both a stimulant and depressant. It get's you far enough away from the project to see a new angle that gets you closer to finishing it.

@wvfunnyguy Oh no... bird hands...

@wvfunnyguy Yup, this is pretty much all of us.

@wvfunnyguy Iโve had the >โI get scared when ur like thisโ >Why? I never put hands on u >โur just scary rn ๐ฅบโ >guess nothings getting done w u around then because I canโt finish this unless I F-bomb it into submission ๐คทโโ๏ธ >โ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญโ >fml

@wvfunnyguy I would never fight an inanimate object. Nope. Not me. If you have video proof, I deny it's existence.

@wvfunnyguy If I had to feed the swear jar every time I take on a project, I'd be f*cked.

@wvfunnyguy That's how we roll ๐ฏ๐ ๐๐๐

@wvfunnyguy This sounds so familiar to me โ especially the part about taping paper over a bleeding wound!

@wvfunnyguy The reality of being handy is, you cant walk away from a repair. If you want to keep your skills up, you have to constantly embrace scraped knuckles, blood blisters and cussing while down on your hands and knees looking for that little spacer. The payoff is worth it.

@wvfunnyguy I tend to call inanimate objects "you cocksucker" a lot

@wvfunnyguy No idea what she's talking about ๐คฃ

@wvfunnyguy @Dan_in_HI Beer always makes the project flow a lot smoother

@wvfunnyguy My wife ALWAYS complains about the blood. ๐

@wvfunnyguy โHow hard could it be.โ I say to myself every time I embark on a task Iโm wholly unqualified for. โNah, I donโt need help.โ For this four to six person job. โThis shouldnโt take more than an hour.โ Before my weekend gets eaten up. Joys of life. ๐

@wvfunnyguy ๐

@wvfunnyguy It may have cost $900 but how much would it have been if you hired someone else's husband to do it?

@wvfunnyguy Holy crap your husband is so lucky. All married men in America are jealous. Donโt act like you donโt know you are a unicorn

@wvfunnyguy She's right. But the first sign of project problems is usually "SH!T", followed soon after by another trip to Home Depot. ๐

@wvfunnyguy ๐

@wvfunnyguy ๐ฏ guaranteed part of this club.

@wvfunnyguy "bleeding through a paper towel taped to his hand" Been there and done that. The paper towel / napkin and tape method works pretty damn well though ๐

@wvfunnyguy @RJFerryJr it me

@wvfunnyguy The pain and grief is worth the satisfaction that men get from completing a project. Honestly not many things compare to it
