How is he a steward anyway? Wasn’t he the one that got fired from sky for continuing to say Lewis won in 21? That’s a bias right there.

Having Johnny Herbert as a steward in F1 is the equivalent of England going to a World Cup final and the linesman is Gary Neville.... Beyond ridiculous. How is this allowed

With his degree of bias, the only stewarding he should be allowed to do would be to distribute drinks on F1 drivers' flights.

In football it’s actually not uncommon for refs to talk to the press after a game. They’ll give their thoughts on why they made decisions which I think is fine. The problem is when the ref starts mentioning how other competitors agree because then you show an obvious bias.
